Robb’s Ribbs Original Amazing Glaze is delicious on a variety of meats - ribs, pork, beef, steak, fish, tofu, and more! How you use the glaze will depend on your meat of choice.
For all meats, you can use the Original Amazing Glaze when you cook the meat low and slow or you can use the Original Amazing Glaze towards the end to create a caramelized finish. For ground meats, you also have the option of mixing the Original Amazing Glaze into the ground meat.
Here are three ways you can apply the glaze
Low & Slow Approach
Low & Slow
One hour prior to baking apply a liberal amount of the glaze to the surface of the meat, fish, or tofu to be baked. Rest at room temperature for 1 hour. After resting, bake slowly in 225 degree oven until done.
2. Caramelized Fish Approach
Cook the meat on a non-stick cooking surface until the meat is almost done. Then, cover the top of the meat with the glaze and flip onto non-stick surface and cook for 20-30 seconds on medium heat. Meanwhile, cover the second side and repeat.
3. Mixed In Approach
For ground meats, you can mix 3 tablespoons of Robb’s Ribbs Amazing Glaze for even 1 pound of meat. Once the glaze is mixed in well, form the meat into patties, a loaf, or your preferred shape. Then grill, pan-fry, or bake.
