Caramelized Burgers

Ingredients:

  • Ground Beef, Turkey, or Pork

  • Original Amazing Glaze

Instructions

  1. Form beef into patties.

  2. Cook the meat on a non-stick cooking surface until the meat is almost done. ‘

  3. Towards the end, cover the top of the meat with the glaze. Flip onto non-stick surface and cook for 20-30 seconds on medium heat.

  4. Meanwhile, cover the second side and repeat.

  5. Build your burger and enjoy!

**If you prefer, you may substitute Ground Pork or Ground Turkey.

St. Louis Ribbs

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 lbs St. Louis Trim Ribbs

  • Original Amazing Glaze

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire cooling rack on top of the baking sheet.

  2. Remove ribbs from package. Peel any membrane from the underside and salt.

  3. Place ribbs on top of the rack in a single layer. Apply Robb’s Ribbs Original Amazing Glaze to the top layer of ribb rack.

  4. Let the dry rub coated ribbs sit for 1 hour at room temperature.

  5. Ensure the meat-side of the ribbs is facing up. Cook low at 225 degrees for approximately 4 hours or until your desired doneness.

  6. Let rest for at least 5 minutes.

  7. Slice and enjoy!

Glazed Beef Patties

  1. Place beef in bowl.

  2. Mix in 1 tbsp. of Original Glaze seasoning per pound of beef.

  3. Form into patties, meatballs, or loaf

  4. Cook meat by grilling, pan-frying, or baking.

Grilled Baby Back Ribbs

Ingredients:

  • Baby Back Pork Ribbs

  • Original Amazing Glaze

Instructions

  1. Remove ribs from package. Peel any membrane from the underside and salt.

  2. Bring BBQ to 500+ degrees for initial searing.

  3. Sear both sides until lightly marked (2-3 minutes per side).

  4. Turn down the grill to 220 degrees for low and slow cooking.

  5. Place ribs on upper-tier or indirect heat. Cook for about 2 hours until the desired doneness.

  6. Remove from grill and apply about 2/3 cup of Robbs Ribbs glaze to meat surface. Spread glaze evenly over meat side.

  7. Return to indirect heat and finish for about 20-30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.

  8. Let ribs rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!!!

BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Dry BBQ Sauce

  • 16 oz of liquid (water combined with beer, apple juice, or liquid of choice)

Instructions

  1. Measure 8oz of liquid. The liquid can be water or a combination of water and your liquid of choice.

  2. Add liquid to a small saucepot. Heat over medium heat

  3. Add 3/4 cup of Robb's Ribbs dry BBQ sauce to pan.

  4. Incorporate dry sauce until dissolved in liquid and bring to a simmer.

  5. Simmer gently for 5-7 minutes.

  6. Apply your Robb's Ribbs BBQ sauce on your meat of choice or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.

*We recommend a 60-40 water/ beer combination. By trying different liquid combinations you can create your own “signature” BBQ sauce.
